TO THE beneficial JUDGE PRESIDING IN DEPARTMENT 10 OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES:
DEFENDANT ARNETT GHOSTON hereby moves to set digression the information filed in the above-captioned do pursuant to penal code section 995. The grounds for this apparent motion are: That there was lean evidence introduced at the preliminary hearing in this action Mr. Ghoston to have been held to answer for the special allegation in Penal Code, section 186.22(b)(1)(c) in Superior Court.
