Into the Wild is a 2007 American biographical dramatic depiction directed by Sean Penn. The train is ab prohibited the life and death of Christopher Johnson McCandless, a young human who turned his back on society and his family to live forth his wits in the wild. The film cuts between Chris in Alaska, on his journey there and his life before he left. He is shown helping the people he meets along the way notwithstanding the pain he has caused to his family is also evident. Some say that Chris was a courageous, strong willed idealist who wasnt afraid to do what he wanted but others say that he was a ungenerous and reckless egotist who abandoned his family and caused them so much unintended pain. Chris McCandless and his younger sister Carine were natural and raised in a violent and emotionally inglorious home where his parents, Walter and Wilhelmina. Despite their financial success, Chris parents fought a lot and very much talked about divorce. Walter would take out his anger on the family and as a result Chris and Carine suffered the consequences of that through their childhood. Penn exitively shows this in the film by using a scene where Chris parents are struggle which showed just how bad their relationship was and the effect it has on Chris and his sister.
