Cadbury SchweppesCriterion 1FMy chosen crinklees are Cadbury Schweppes, which is a PLC COMPANY,and Formbend is my LTD company. I chose these two businesses because Ilove Cadburys chocolate and thought it would be arouse to studyand it also has a precise informative website. I chose Formbend underpassManipulators because my Uncle is the Technical Director for thecompany and said that he would be adequate to(p) to give me all the informationI need.I know that at that place are lots of different Cadbury sites across Britainbut my main concenter will be the Bournville site in Birmingham. John Cadbury retiredin 1861 and handed the business on to his two eldest sons Richard andGeorge. The business ran from that site for 32 years, but thenexpanded even to a greater extent which found them moving to Bourneville. Seeappendix .George Cadbury spurred the idea of better animateness conditionsin Britain, which resolved in the Bourneville homes, which now coverover 1,000 acres.Aims and ObjectivesAimsCadburys objective is to keep up the high standards of chocolate andto continue to make a difference too many people involved in theBourneville site. They also hope to make a profit on gross revenue and to beat other(a) competitors such as Nestle. Cadburys also want to continuemaking good quality products so they survive and maximise sales. Theyalso need to make sure that they are environmentally chummy and makesure that quality is kept at a very high standard.Objectives1. To con tinue to lead in the area of community touch2. To introduce new products successfully to customers3. To continue to alleviate fund program line in a number of ways4. To improve communication with customers to help improve the standards of chocolate 5. To have a higher quality of products than other competitors.6. To sell a lot of the products that they have and improve any that need to be improved.7.
