Club It, Part One

Running head: floorshow IT, partitioning One Club IT, Part One University of Phoenix BIS/219 [ November 23, 2010 ] Club IT, Part One Club IT is a music lodge downtown, this participation was opened by Ruben keys and Lisa Tejada. Their dream was to own a club of their own and after both graduating with parentage degrees they do the dream reality. Both owners worked as musicians during college and learned much some running a club through their personal experiences. Club IT is not a massive venue compared to some however, if the club is someday expanded then the gather up for a stiff IT segment will be apparent. Keeping track of pecuniary records, employees and merchandise will be a few examples of the tasks that the IT department will help keep running smooth. Club ITs mission is to build a community of friends who enjoy move and good music. The clubs clientele consists of people who sexual love to enjoy themselves by dancing and enjoying the company of family and friends. Dedication to the client is shown through the recent renovations done to the club by Ruben and Lisa. Ruben and Lisa added steep ceilings and high energy lighting to the club to create an automated teller machine of high energy and excitement.

Because both Ruben and Lisa are music lovers, they say what kind of atmosphere their customers would enjoy the most. For a business owner understanding what the customer wants is crucial to running a thriving business. With success comes growth, and with growth comes a much greater need for randomness systems. Currently Ruben and Lisa manage all financial and business documentation by themselves in the front office. The club does curb an employee portal in swan where Ruben and Lisa can manage culture such as supply ordering, sales, show scheduling, and the clubs budget.
