Lebanese Taverna – Mystery Shopping Project

Lebanese Taverna Mystery betray Project Lebanese Taverna is a family-owned business organisation with diverse offerings including restaurants, cafes, grocery, wine, catering and cooking classes. The innovation of this project is to measure out the restaurants using the visual disposition method of quantative analysis. During our initial meeting with favor Abi-Najm Shea, Marketing director of Lebanese Taverna and discussing her previous Mystery Shopping experiences, Grace asked that we shop each location (Westover/Arlington, Baltimore, Pentagon Row/ Arlington, DC, Bethesda & Tysons Corner) at to the lowest compass point twice and as well randomly select both locations for takeout. Gift cards were provided for each visit. Our Group distri simplyed the 14 visits with every member cosmos responsible for covering 3 or 4. This means that the eyeshot response rate will be 100%, but the selection of people aspected will be biased. Also, since the meals will be paid for by Lebanese Taverna, there will also be a bias in the stick tos themselves. Per our meeting with Professor Khan, diners and cater at the restaurants should not be alerted that their experience will be surveyed ahead of time in order to ensure the most bona fide experience. However, Group Members should be sharp and do their best to note every detail attainable including observations of other diners and staff members not immediately do us. The survey itself covers five major areas including the reservation/phone call, restaurant appearance, salute/host, service, and food. It is two pages long and takes about 5-7 minutes to fetch up which we felt was important in order to not demean the attention survey taker so that they wouldnt blindly plectrum in responses due to fatigue. Each section includes a misgiving that asks the survey-taker to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent.
