The composing of the United States is perhaps the most brilliantly written archive in the history of the mankind. It establishes a framework of government that is meant to adjudge not only the test of time, but a copious collapse of leadership. It is a document that establishes equality to all who argon citizens of this great nation. It is a document that establishes rights of citizens against a tyrannical government. roughly importantly, it is a document that guarantees that the main job of the government is to “ tolerate for the common defense” of the American tidy sum. It is this last point I would like to focus upon in this paper. My name is Michael Paris and I am an Officer Candidate in OCS 012-09. I am a future officer in the United States army, I am the ace that will defend and guarantee the rights of the Constitution for all citizens.
As the Constitution is the servant of the people, so is the Army officer. I say this as I recite a portion of the Soldiers Creed, “I serve the people of the United States and acknowledge the Army Values”. I realize that my function is the resembling as the Constitution, to serve the people.
I do this by swearing allegiance to the document and the document itself guarantees the protection of the people. Therefore, I am so to speak the arms of the Constitution. I am the one who ensures that this document is kept true.
How does it work you ask? It is simple; it is called the stove of Command. The President of The United States gets elected at vast via the people of the United States.
