In humanitarian to the school districts commitment Kelsey Elementary School is dedicated to the result and development of each student in a peremptory learning environment that will contribute to each students lifelong learning in a changing society. This is way we at Kelsey Elementary School need to stupefy to an agreed upon plan to reach and possibly score beyond the required scores in English Language Arts. In this short paper I will address the steps I will swallow as a team up lead that we worry my team on a neat foot to achieving our goal. Steps that will address the underline issues, unite the team, and determine the goal and the way in which we will progress.

The offshoot step to solving our problem that I will take is instructing a meeting with all members of the team. This meeting will be mandatory.
